Current• Draft and file legal documents with courts and other governmental agencies, following specified procedures and meeting deadlines.• Administer legal research and provide information to attorneys.• Maintain and update legal databases and tracking systems.• Record keep documents for clients with electronic and hard copy filing.• Prepare and manage confidential data for the law firm.• Develop and implement data entry procedures to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.• Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements for attorneys and visiting clients. • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for attorneys as needed.
