I am responsible for the design and implementation of training programs for all employees within our program, which includes but is not limited to: CPR/FA, Safety Care, as well as annual refreshers for policies and procedures. I am also responsible for our facility Facebook page, assisting with recruitment and retention efforts.

Teach two sections of Public Speaking, each with 24 students, with an emphasis on effective delivery, proper use of transitions, and citation of sources. Assist students with completion of four speeches; varying from narrative, informative, and persuasive.
