Assist graduate assistants & interns in the event management department completing tasks at athletic events such as checking seating for malfunctions to report to facilities, scanning parking passes, manage crowd control, & game day preparation. Responsible for setting up & breaking down entry gates at Alex Box, Death Valley, & Tiger Park. Responsible for the distributing and gathering of ticket scanners to Landmark event staff. Provide customer service to fans & have knowledge of facility game day schedules, seating arrangements, & special game day events. Assist Landmark staff with scanning of tickets when needed, assist the marketing team with handing out promotions when needed, & assisting the Bengal Brigade with promotional tasks such as t-shirt tossing.

Design & construct a t-shirt fundraiser to further research for the cure of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Organize events during walk such as prize drawings, cheerleader performances, and individual team member awards. Design color scheme for team tent, correlate decorations & food options to accommodate members. Responsible for team roster of 65 members, creating & sending all email updates, distributing name tags, t-shirts, & event day information/schedule sheets. Responsible for check-in of members on event day, answering all event related questions & following event day schedule, as well as setting up & breaking down all event areas used.

Required to provide customer service at complex front office by answering any tournament related questions such as game locations, times, & bracket placement. Delegate between office, field crew & custodial staff to handle all restroom issues, restaurant issues, as well as field set up discrepancies. See over ticket office & assist in guests purchasing their tickets & promoting the purchase of seasonal passes to the grounds. Manage the Pro Shop to delegate over gaming area, selling Pro Shop products, & completing all register transactions which was followed by a daily closing checklist.
