I am currently working towards my Bachelors degree in Elementary Education while also gaining experience in the field by working at KLA schools of coral gables which is a preschool in the class of the 3,4,and 5 year olds. I also currently work at Gulliver Academy, a private pre kindergarten through 8th grade school, as an afterschool care counselor. Though I feel I still have so much to learn I believe I have already learned so much from my experiences at these institutions. Specifically I have learned how to teach fundamental skills such as manners, basic hygiene skills like hand washing, and so many other essential life skills. In addition to this I've learned patience, organization, and my creativity regarding different ways to teach the same thing has increased astronomically. I have learned so much from these experiences and can't wait to learn so much more in the coming years through my work both at my current jobs as well my future employment elsewhere.
