I am studying electrical and computer engineering and computer science at Oregon State University with an expected undergraduate graduation date of Fall 2024. I have worked as an undergraduate learning assistant for two years, leading early engineering courses, and as a laboratory assistant in the OPENs lab since July 2024 where I work in a multidisciplinary team to develop new audio-analysis technology intended to lure and capture invasive species of insects. I worked as an IT Intern at Intel from June 2023 to September 2024. In this role I analyzed data, produced reports, and assisted in data documentation. Additionally, I maintained and updated databases and cubes through various programs and database management systems.I completed two major projects as part of electrical and computer engineering course requirements. The first was the development of a remote-controlled SCARA robot which was capable of drawing with multiple writing instruments. In this project I served as our team’s Lead Programmer and worked in a team of three to produce and document the project. My second major project was my senior capstone project in which I worked in a group to design and develop a Fish-Tank Monitor which could analyze water parameters to identify potential health concerns for aquariums and fish tanks. This project was awarded the 2024 Engineering Expo Industry Choice Award: Hoffman Construction Process Excellence Award.
