As a Senior Product Design Manager, I lead and work alongside an amazing team of designers, ranging from associates through design managers and staff designers. In my role I oversee the end-to-end design process for multiple products across REA's advertising portfolio and work closely with Heads of product to define our strategic direction. I am passionate about strategic design, and ensuring designers play an integral role in developing product strategy.My expertise lies in my ability to balance the creative and analytical sides of product design, resulting in considered solutions. However, no experience is perfect and I am of the mind set that we can continue to iterate and learn from our data.I strongly believe in collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation to align on goals and deliverables, and have a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.
