After spending time in the education industry, I have realized that my true passion lies in data analysis. With this new insight, I have decided to pursue a career change into the exciting world of data analytics. I am currently working to pursue the Google Data Analytics Professional certificate, wherein I am building mastery of essential data analytics skills like data cleaning, SQL, Tableau, and R Programming. I'm looking for a data analytics role where I can leverage my education experience with my newfound data expertise towards data-driven decision-making.My interest in data analytics is bolstered by the diverse skill set I have built over my career. I recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Secondary English Language Arts Education from the University of Central Florida while acquiring education experience as an education intern. I gained further valuable experience as a combination intensive reading and English language arts teacher. In these roles, I have developed and delivered engaging and differentiated lessons, assessed and monitored student progress, and collaborated with colleagues and parents to support student learning. I have also demonstrated data entry and computer literacy skills, as I have used various online platforms and tools to manage student records, assignments, and feedback. My core competencies include analyzing student assessment data, cross-team collaboration, and making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes for stakeholders.I do my best work in collaborative teams where I can put my pattern recognition skills to work, learn from others, and deliver meaningful results.
