When I was 20, I ran a half-marathon, without training... Not metaphorically—I literally ran the whole 21km without a single training run beforehand.While I was running, I began to get sore, tired and maybe even bored... Did I think perhaps I should just give up? Yes I did... But despite the fatigue, boredom, the distance I still had to go. I kept running, I ran the whole 21km simply because I told myself I would. I’m that person.
