Develop monthly activities calendar, make regular one-on-one visits to residents, learn residents’ personal interests for better life fulfillment, explore different ways to give residents a sense of purpose and to find positivity in their difficult period of life. In addition to my director position, I have performed the following caregiving tasks due to short staffing:Assisting residents with toileting, showering, changing, and oral hygiene; transferring residents from wheelchair to bed or other furniture; meal service, and feeding assistance. Beyond these tasks, I have also provided care to residents who are COVID positive residents while wearing PPE.

Events ranged from weddings, holiday parties, and family gatherings to corporate retreats, small meetings, and in-house meetings.
