As a customer service & production director, I have had the opportunity to learn valuable skills in handling customer complaints, creating solutions to solve customer issues, overseeing day to day production, and ensuring productivity of the company is maximized.

As a customer service intern, I learned critical skills that would aide in satisfying customer needs, as well as solving problems that would arise within the company.

As Events Director for Kappa Kappa Gamma, I had the privilege of planning all events for our chapter of 600+ women. I collaborated with local venues, reviewed contracts and Certificates of Insurance, and upheld our chapter's national standards. I also oversaw every event and coordinated with our Exec team.

During my time as an intern at the TRC, I had the opportunity to code federal case files as well as media/law enforcement reports concerning hate crimes, terrorism, and extremist crimes. The TRC is funded by the DOJ & NIJ, and it was a privilege to play a role in expanding the research about these crimes occurring in the U.S.. This data will be used to spread awareness of risk factors as well as implement preventative measures.

I interned for Arkansas' 4th district Representative, Bruce Westerman. During this internship, I learned how to effectively communicate and problem solve with constituents, write speeches and memos used in Congress, and how to adapt to a fast-paced work environment. I also was able to attend markups and press releases concerning potential bills.
