This role is highly variable but has several core purposes within the role:• Responsible for managing and implementing the work programme to achieve the projects outputs and training.• Work closely with a range of project partners including academics, landowners, environmental charities, government organisations, volunteers, contractors, naturalists and local residents, to understand conservation and access challenges and opportunities to help co-develop practical solutions.• Deliver practical conservation projects including the collection and analysis of local ecology to produce reports informing future land management plans for project partners. My main responsibilities within this role include:~ Managing the flow of users into and out of the site~ Managing set up and close down of operation at site~ Supporting general set up of signage and site~ Supervising members of public while they complete testing~ All information inputted into the database is accurately inputted and maintained.~ Any other responsibilities that may be required, for example moving equipment and resources around the site.

I assisted with the general maintenance of Highland Titles Nature Reserve and assisted in tree planting, fauna and flora ID and enclosure maintenance and modification. While working in the butchery I also worked in the bakery and delicatessen gaining experience working with food while maintaining the highest levels of food hygiene and safety. I was working with daily admin and customer interaction giving excellent customer service to ensure a high level of customer of satisfaction. Drapers is a hardware store local to Skegness where I was employed as temporary seasonal staff but was subsequently offered a permanent position after becoming a vital team member during the summer. In this position I had to met the specific demands of the customers which involved taking special orders and prepare their orders accordingly, and this allowed me to gain basic skills involving woodwork.

While working in the cafe I worked as a waitress and pot washer which provided me with an introduction to food hygiene and safety. This role provided me with a lot of customer interaction enhancing my customer service skills. In doing so, this job given me the foundations of how to give the best possible customer service and to always go above and beyond for the customers in order to achieve brand loyalty.
