Answers phones for three different Best Buy locations. Troubleshoots computer issues, assists with scheduling of in-home deliveries and installs, problem solve on in-home delivery and install issues, works with other team members at multiple locations to help customers with online orders and in-store orders, assists customers with purchases online, and other customer questions.

Assists clients with troubleshooting units from Windows XP to Windows 10, setup client’s new units, virus removal, tune up of client’s units, troubleshooting units over the phone, data backups and transfers, customer services, shipping and receiving of client’s units, troubleshooting client’s phones, and audits of clients paperwork.

Truck ordering/receiving, training new crew, cash audits, inventory audits, creating employee schedules, hiring, and orientations for new hires.

Train new sales personnel, finalizing customer sales and totals, customer service tasks, and receiving multi-line customer service calls.

Updated and created data programs, assisted with payroll processes, assisted in preparing for weekly meetings, created programs for new hires to follow, and ordering of products for different departments.
