I truly learned what hard work and the entrepreneurial spirit was at a young age, working and engaging within family business operations in the industrial and commercial real estate field. I work within commercial real estate development and property management, construction, snow removal, wedding venue and event design and management, and advanced website design and management, along with being the President and CEO of USA Materials, a revolutionary recycled aggregate company in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and President of The Layne Company, wedding venue and event company. Coming from strong family values based on God, family, and country, my family and I operate our companies and lifestyle at 212. This meaning that water is hot at 211 degrees, but boils at 212 degrees, and with boiling water comes steam and with steam you can power a train. Going the one extra degree makes all the difference.
