Classes include: SMART goal setting, Stress Management, Money Management, Interview Skills, Decision Making, Networking, and many others. All classes utilize a strength-based perspective. Also, communicate with local non-profit organizations as they utilize PATH volunteers to ensure each site is safe, honest, provides meaningful work, and operates within PATH program policy guidelines. Complete annual site visits or visit as needed to ensure all criteria is met. Assist general population with HandsOn network website and locating possible volunteer opportunities.Resource Genesee was dedicated to building and sustaining a stronger Genesee County by providing relevant human services that were consistently available, accessible, and responsive to the community. Sadly, this nonprofit closed their doors due to lack of funding on June 30th, 2015.

Assist employers with all of their staffing needs, while matching qualified candidates to their perfect position. Focus was healthcare and administrative staffing as well as Quality Control and Engineering. Met with Career Counseling clients for a one-on-one career assessment; explore possible career opportunities; create and design resumes and/or cover letters; set up LinkedIn profiles; and developed interview skills. Also visited local colleges as a guest speaker and facilitated workshops based on employment. Was also designated to act as Interim Operations Manager for many months.

A non-profit program providing free art workshops to community members of all ages, skill levels, and abilities.
