As a dedicated and passionate student at Kennesaw State University, majoring in Public Relations, I bring a blend of hospitality, guest relations, and marketing experience to the table. Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, I’ve always been captivated by the energy and excitement of Atlanta sports , which led to my first job with the Atlanta Braves. Over three amazing seasons, I greeted and engaged with over 5 million fans, trained new staff, and was honored as Employee of the Month for my exceptional teamwork and punctuality.With my graduation approaching in Fall 2024, I'm moving towards the field of social media management, a field I am deeply passionate about. I love studying algorithms, creating engaging content, and helping small businesses and disability advocacy groups amplify their voices online. My dream is to become a social media manager for organizations and businesses where I can make a meaningful impact.Beyond my professional pursuits, I am an active volunteer with organizations like the Red Cross, Cobb County Humane Society, and MUST Ministries.   During my stay with the Atlanta Braves' Xfinity Lounge from 2021 to 2024, I had the privilege of welcoming and engaging with over 5 million fans, ensuring they felt a fun experience during an Atlanta Braves baseball game at the Truist Stadium . My role involved scanning tickets, providing directions, and offering guidance on seating locations. I also had the opportunity to train new game-day staff in the ticketing process during the 2022 and 2023 seasons, contributing to a smooth and efficient guest experience. In recognition of my dedication, I was honored as the Employee of the Month in July 2023, recognized for my punctuality and teamwork.
