Sort through all new hire paperwork. Scan all employee documents into computer and review accordingly. Sort all incoming mail for distribution. Distribute all mail for each department in the H&P corporate office as well as to all other locations in the Tulsa area. Operate the switchboard. Post all incoming mail as necessary for USPS. Track & ship packages via UPS and FedEx. Help all employees with all office needs. Communicate with vendors and order supplies as needed. Help keep Office Services as organized as possible. Check in H&P visitors at the ‘Welcome Center’ and escort them to their proper meetings. Work with the Cyber-security team to activate badge access as necessary to H&P employees, contractors, and visitors through the Service Now and Genetec applications. Reconfigure cubicles and furniture in the office space as necessary. Direct contractors through projects. Assist manager in miscellaneous projects.
