Provide critical support to the Resource Managers, by providing day to day workforce deployment/staffing, to manage appropriate levels of audit support services provided to client service staff and engagement teams. This includes having a complete understanding of the staffing needs on engagements, organizing Partners/Managers staffing meetings and participating in the discussions around resolving staffing conflicts; the preparation of monthly reports outlining actual hours, utilization, and other measures; developing Manpower and Hours projections used in the budgeting and forecast process (includes resource planning / sizing of needs - campus, new hires, transfer, etc.). Additionally, provide technical and analytical assistance to the leaders and client service staff.

• Worked closely with management and client personnel to determine high risk areas within the company and define a solution to control the risk. Daily responsibilities include managing multiple teams and client needs simultaneously while ensuring the upmost quality of work is produced.• Planned and performed Internal Technology General Control, SSAE16 and Sarbanes-Oxley section 404 audits for clients in industries including manufacturing, utility, financial services, healthcare and pharmaceutical. This included performing control and business process testing which supported various industries to ensure that controls around such items as change management, user access rights, and corporate policies and procedures were operating effectively. • Supervised and coached team members through continuous monitoring and review of their progress to ensure quality, efficiency, professionalism and timeliness while performing senior level responsibilities and showing exceptional analytical and leadership skills as well an ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.• Involved in various firm activities and groups.
