Partnering with the Executive Director to chart Sepsis Alliance’s future growth and strategic response to an ever-increasing demand for the organization’s services. Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all of Sepsis Alliance’s fundraising activity including: individual giving (monthly, major, annual), corporate giving, planned giving, special events and other special campaigns. Working closely with the Executive Director and the Board of Directors in all development and fundraising endeavors. Providing strategic guidance and leadership in support of the mission of Sepsis Alliance.

Developing and implementing the major gifts program, which includes identifying, cultivating, and soliciting major donors, as well as developing the donor stewardship plan; cultivating partnerships with individual supporters, companies and organizations. Increasing programatic and operational income annually to ensure growth of programs. Maintaining approved organization budget.Expanding, planning and management of fundraising and awareness events. Managing the events and operations team in San Diego to ensure success of programs. Managing fundraising campaigns; increasing total number of donors; improving donor retention. Integrating Salesforce database into the organization; training colleagues; and implementing data integration plan. Working with Board of Directors and Executive Director to ensure smooth operation of the organization; providing monthly reports to show organization’s growth.In addition to development role at Sepsis Alliance, also the Program Director of the Sepsis Coordinator Network, a Sepsis Alliance initiative to provide sepsis best practice resources and guidance for health providers with an interest in improving sepsis care. Successfully fundraised for and launched the SCN, managing content creation and site development.

Attend events and set up booths with graphics and literature to promote the resort. Attract attention of members of the public in order to pitch the special promotion. Schedule them a time to tour the resort and collect the deposit. Be knowledgeable and convincing of the product to sell it.

Answer phone. Schedule clients at all four studio locations. Offer first class customer service to gain clients. Greet clients. Open and close studios. Present portraits to client. Inform client of all products. Be knowledgeable and answer any questions the client might have about their portraits and our products. Train new employees. Manage orders and keep the office organized. Delegate tasks to other employees. Solve issues with problem clients if possible. Assist photographer with camera, lights and client during photo shoot. Import and adjust photos in Lightroom. Edit photos using Photoshop for clients to view and also prep the ordered images. Package and ship orders to clients. Enter appointments, import images, update client information in the scheduling software. Deposit cash and checks into account and run credit cards. Ensure the studios, including outside portrait parks and offices, are in excellent condition for clients to see and be photographed in. Apply hardware to custom framed photographs. Signage design using studio logo.
