I took charge of our online presence in order to persuade voters, distribute important announcements and events, and encourage supporters to volunteer and donate. I, my boss, and a small team of creative consultants labored over our defense of such platforms as Medicare-for-All and protections of working-class Americans so that it was easy to digest for all the voters in PA-11, from doctors to farmers to stay-at-home moms. From writing scripts to strategically targeting ads on social media, I had to at once capture the campaigns unique voice and messaging, and at the same time, make it appealing to a wide swath of voters online. By election day, our message discipline was so strong that we boasted a name recognition of 95% across our district and had made over 7 million paid impressions on all the major social networking platforms, not including those we made organically.

A leader in the online reputation management industry, BrandYourself.com gives regular people the tools to define their online presence and put their best foot forward on the first page of google's search results. From lawyers to politicians to non-profit CEOs and more, I managed a portfolio of 20-25 clients, writing blogs pertinent to their careers and hobbies that would go up on their website and onto third-party platforms. Then, I took to distributing the work throughout their online presence on upwards of 30 social media profiles and platforms, from Twitter to LinkedIn. From simple videos to basic podcasts to tweets to pinnable graphics, I ensured that the content was available on every network imaginable for their peers and audiences to find. All the work on I did in content creation and distribution had to at once match the jargon and tone of the clients' industry and at the same time be SEO-optimized to displace irrelevant or damaging Google search results.

For two school years, I lived at Linden Hall as an on-campus dorm parent tasked with overseeing a middle school dormitory. As an alumna of the school, I remember that the experience of being surrounded by successful and caring adult women was important to me, and I wanted to pay it forward to the next generation of young women leaders. Many of my students lived away from home, some for the first time, and had to figure out how to adjust and contribute to a new space. I spent every night and weekend with about 25 diverse middle-school girls helping them to navigate this new chapter of their lives, study their schoolwork, and discover new ways to contribute to a sense of unity among new friends in their dorms. I served as these girls' first line of defense for all questions, ranging from algebra to puberty to roommate issues.

Ghana is preparing for its 2016 presidential elections, so during my time at CDD, I have researched and produced spreadsheets and writing on the changes in election laws in the country, UN and AU mandates on fair and free elections, and how elections have run in other African nations in the past few years.

I also spent time collaborating with others to research on and write advertising flyers and executive coaching portals. I introduced the company to Prezi, an interactive presentation platform, as an option for advertising and presentations and helped coworkers learn how to utilize the program.

"Founded as a small, family-owned, used bookstore in 2005, Aaron’s Books has become a fixture in the Lititz community and a valued source for both new and used quality books. As with any independent bookstore, the store’s focus is on community involvement – providing goods and services that enhance the quality of life in Lititz as well as throughout Lancaster County. Both Todd and Sam were instrumental in establishing the wildly successful event “Lovin’ Lititz Every 2nd,” where all the downtown businesses are open late the second Friday of each month, and the town is full of music, food, shopping, and neighbors gathering to enjoy their town."​While I worked at Aaron's Books, I fully participated in keeping the store running. I kept inventory and shelved books throughout the store and interfaced with customers regularly both at the check-out register and in greeting people. Because a large part of my job was making book recommendations to folks looking for a new read, I had to stay on top of new releases in Fiction, Young Adult Novels, and STEM books and read and reviewed countless books.
