Primary responsibilities include obtaining all required documents and applying for permits with the various local municipalities, entering all signed change orders into our purchasing system, cross referencing designer selections with change orders, sending approved specifications, architectural plans, designer selections and purchase orders to contractors/vendors, ordering materials for jobsites, obtaining quotes and sending purchase orders, manage deadlines and/or conflict resolution with any material shipment delays. Maintain daily selection and plan distribution logs as well as construction schedules. Manage the data entry aspect of the quarterly reconciliation of budgets of all the homes under construction as well as homes recently closed. Periodically do square footage take offs for the budget to help the estimator.

Estimates, invoices and reconciling multiple accounts. Daily activities require the utilization of programs such as Excel, Quickbooks and various online sources. Occasionally pulling permits, requesting inspections, speaking with contractors and local municipalities.

Functions as the liaison between estimators, superintendents, project managersvendors, and accounting in the process of creating and managing purchase orders (POs). Works closely with the Purchasing Manager and Estimator to ensure accuracy of information being distributed to impacted vendors and projects. Generates extra purchase orders (EPOs) when necessary. Distributes POs and EPOs to the affected vendors while communicating with internal resources about order statuses. Respond to questions and concerns from teams in the field along with assisting vendors as they fulfill Dalamar orders. Address invoices accounting identifies as incorrect, incomplete or missing POs.
