As a valued member of the Project Management team at JRT Mechanical, I actively support multiple projects, currently working on four in addition to assisting with any others in the Western region of Washington upon request. My primary focus revolves around comprehensive document control, including managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, tracking job progress, approving invoices, and facilitating closeouts and operation manuals. These projects primarily involve plumbing and mechanical piping.

During my time with Solgen Power, I was responsible for ensuring that all solar projects coming out of pre-construction were permitted and pushed forward accordingly and in a timely manner. I audited reports that showed installations, service appointments, and inspections to ensure that the accounting team had the correct information and the historical data remained accurate. I assisted as a liaison between the Project Coordinators, Project Engineers, Construction Managers, and Vice President of Construction. Working closely with the Project Engineers and Construction Managers, I was able to aid them in problem solving installation issues, customer service issues, staffing issues and more. I was able to be a part of the continuous creation and development of the electrical construction department and traveled to each market to reflect that standard in Solgen’s other branches when training new hires and re-training current employees. Travel consisted of staying within branches for an extended period of time in order to gain as many installations and electrical upgrades as possible. My time as a branch coordinator within Solgen Power I spent with the electricians and techs out in the field learning the process of solar, installation, the products & what to procure for the future. Coordinating with local utility companies and other entities in order to get the electricians job complete. I also worked closely with the Supply Chain to develop the process of drop shipping & warehouse management across all locations.

At Bernard Investments I was appointed to run the day to day operations of five different health and wellness clinics. This allowed me to be involved in the daily expectations as well as set quarterly and yearly goals for each clinic and region. Bernard Investments consisted of four individuals, including myself, with the intention to buyout franchises that were not up to par and completely restructure them from the ground up to ensure that sales would maintain the clinics. These franchises were membership based clinics and included 30-40 employees per each clinic as well as a thousand or more clients. I oversaw the front desk training with daily tasks and sales training, the back of the house with continuing education and licensing. The clinics did not have in house management, due to that I frequently traveled with one other manager to each of these five locations on a weekly basis. During my time as an Operation Manager I was able to attend conferences that allowed me to gain people and leadership skills. Continuing education was a high priority for each employee.
