We are Be2Bee, a global women-owned social impact company that is creating a circular economy through sustainable farming. It all starts in Bahia, with the farm where we bring bees to pollinate and increase farm production. The byproducts produced by these bees are then sold globally in the B2B channel, and part of the profits are invested back in education, technology and sustainability practices.We are here to build sustainable ecosystems to protect the environment, support the bee population, improve the lives of beekeepers, and provide high-quality natural products to companies around the world.

My team manages Uber's operations at complex venues and large scale events, ensuring that pickup and drop-off experiences are as seamless as possible. We utilize a mix of technology and on-the-ground operational expertise to ensure a smooth Uber experience for riders and drivers. In addition, we provide consulting services to developers, event operators, and other groups looking for support on how to design and manage mobility operations. I have built and maintained a high-performing team of 15 members who manage our multi-million dollar portfolio of complex venues across the US. Our team has built scalable processes that are now allowing us to expand our efforts globally.
