I work at DCS Coordination Department of Turkish Airlines. I deal with problems related to the operation and create all sort of information required on the program utilized by the ground services officers to carry out the operation

I worked at counters for a short time and Care Points of Turkish Airlines for a year to sort out all sorts of problems our passengers faced. Afterwards I started to work as a visa/boarding officer. I was responsible for conducting a smooth operation during boarding by checking whether each passenger was complying with the entry regulations of the country they travelled and rules of Turkish Airlines to be boarded to a flight.

Aras Kargo ve Türk Hava Yolları ortaklığıyla yürütülen Miniport hizmetinde müşteri temsilcisi olarak çalıştım.I worked as a customer representative at Miniport by Turkish Airlines and Aras Kargo. I was responsible for dealing with paperworks related to luggage of Turkish Airlines' passengers to transfer it from the city to the airport and vice versa.
