In addition to my duties in my previous role, within the scope of the company's agile transformation strategy, I started to work as the product owner of the squad responsible for residential projects and advertising collaborations. I took on new responsibilities such as prioritizing the product development demands of our clients, developing monetizable products and collaborations and reporting these processes to senior management. The prioritized improvements I advocated for were implemented in the mobile application and websites within the squad team where I served as the product owner.
