Portonovi resort, O&O Hotel Architectural Design Coordinator

• Responsible for conducting progress meeting with the company and the contractors. Checks plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations and ensures the quality standards of the site• Reviewing CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards prepared by the Design Builder • Ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project & client requirements • Reviewing construction specifications and detailed requisitions for equipment and materials• Interfacing with suppliers as required• Coordinating work with engineering and construction units at project site• Reviewing and approving detailed design and construction drawings and specifications prepared by others• Providing technical guidance to Architectural Designer and CAD Operators working on the same project• Performing other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate

Responsible for the development of a project, working with project manager.Advanced understanding and experience in application of planning, programming and design principles and methods.Making authoritative decisions, negotiates critical issues, with a high degree of judgment in collaboration with Project Manager.• Preparing designs at the schematic, design development and construction document phases of a project.• Analyzing design and construction issues for solutions and/or incorporation.• Stamping and signing architectural documents as required.• Directing production of construction documents, drawings and specifications in compliance with project scope, schedule and cost.• Implements meeting objectives, facilitates meetings and provides meeting notes documentation.• Maintaining contact with clients, consultants and contractors during all project phases.• Participating in marketing, client and owner presentations.
