Presence : Compliant at International Fashion Royal Co., Ltd.Main Responsible :- Conduct the self-audit the factory partners and make the report to HQ compliance team, factory follow up every 2 week or monthly to pending and new finding issues- Work closely with factory partner to updating non-compliance status, and encourage them to participant the any training or workshop provided by ILO, GMAC, or Ministry/ business partner to improve their social compliance activities.- Providing our own training to them if any necessary.- Minutes of meeting with Health & Safety Committee and Management team- Environment and Accident is under control and observation- Updating and sharing to factory partners if there is any new revised the policies, social compliance requirement, or new announcement or notification from Ministry in charge.- Internal self-audit and making the reports every 2 weeks to report to HQ compliance team.- Daily monitoring inside the factory, if there is any non-compliance or serious issues finding immediately report to Compliance & HR Director.- Managing the training to workers; health & safety, company’s procedure, C-TPAT, or any buyer’s requirement conducted by Compliance Assistants.- Managing and work with shop steward to settle any worker’s complaint through company policy.- Managing and preparing the social compliance documents for any buyer’s auditing; training certificates, machinery inspection certificate, & reports etc.- Providing advice or recommendation to factory for non-compliance issues to comply with the local law & buyer’s CoC.- Training all Buyers COC to related departments and workers- Handling and work with inspection team from Ministry in charge, and make the report to factory.- Understand BSCI standard and social compliance and fair technical Audit requirement.- Provide training and practice all policies for company as requirement. - Recruit new staff and workers as department requirement.
