• Responsible for product management of OTC portfolio • Developing, executing, and following up marketing plans and projects• Analyzing the market and the competitors• Actively visiting customers and establishing strong relationship• Supporting the sales teams and conducting co-visits• Following up sales and expense budgets,delivering product training to Sales Reps.• Planning and organizing cycle meeting programme/activities• Supporting manager in preparation and follow-up of strategic planning process; yearly operating plan in detail of sales,regulatory, and market forecasts

Responsible of YouPlus Adult Category Products• Preparing and tracking marketing activities• Managing the budget• Forecasting monthly and yearly sales• Searching and analyzing market trends • Planning campaigns • Organizing the production of posters, brochures and websites • Preparing the sales promotions• Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns

• To give sales and other related trainings, manage, monitor, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs for new and existing sales force to ensure that Aİ has an effective sales force to achieve its business objectives,• Identify training needs of the sales team,• Update training materials, tools and design & develop the trainings accordingly• Co-ordinate new rep training course period • Field visits • Give support to create a common Coaching Culture • Evaluate and prepare reports about training activites,• Activities in National (sales) meetings & Product Launches ( sales call practices, short call practices, effective useage of clinical papers, workshops...), • Full support to Marketing Dept., • Coordination and execution of trainings for all employee, including New Hire Training, National Meeting Training, curriculum review, training exams; role play scenarios and ongoing clinical and skill training. • Establish training metrics/assessments to measure performance during new rep training cources and report findings to sales leadership.
