I eventually obtained my Loan Originator's license, then became a Senior Loan Processor managing a team of 10-20 processors and a few years later, made my way through the Mortgage Underwriting arena. I have experience with FHA, VA, USDA and conventional lending. I finally obtained my Texas Real Estate License in February of 2008.
