- Project management from the product specific technical definition to its validation in the field, planning and development of the industrialization process including the related resources connected to the project BU - Multifunctional production coordination, new design and prototyping, timeline definition, cost, method and quality standards detailed analysis- Supervision and control of the production process to ensure the achievement of productivity and quality targets.- Components and subcomponents standardization to get the cost reduction - Product application supervision for the technical feasibility of the projects- Maintenance coordinator of the test benches, and of all the equipments, both in R&D and in the plant production line- Analysis of the tribological status of the tested components including specific suggestions for the industrialization improvement- Aftersales technical coordinator of hydraulic components coming back from the field: root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions - Start-up in the field to validate the real application and the customer hydraulic circuit, by data system acquisition, reporting and analysis - Design of the test benches needed to assemble and test hydraulic components - Organization and execution of training lessons focused on specific techniques of mounting, testing and repairing (troubleshooting)

-Mechanical simulation methodology, protocol and testing process definition for the prototyping validation-Test reporting, shared with the customer, about the project timeline update (GANTT)

-Mechanical maintenance responsible of the conventional and unconventional activities to guarantee the correct functionality of the equipments

-Coordinator of the maintanance and repair team -Daily activities planning and troubleshooting-Material procurement
