    Operations leader and founding member of the INGH Directors team, I was instrumental as the author of the business and development plan tasked with execution and monitoring of critical initiatives within the institute throughout its growth over 4 years. My leadership supported the growth of novel clinical operations for the Mount Sinai Health System, community engagement in infection disease, the growth of an innovation center based in Silicon Valley, and clinical trial innovations in digital health technologies. Select leadership highlights include:Lab100, I was a member of the leadership team that brought this program to life. I supported the ideation, design, financing, and building this innovative “next generation” health clinic. Notably, Lab100 was conceived of, designed, and executed within 10 months and was awarded by Fast Company the 2018 Innovation Award. Having launched in October 2018, Lab100 was spun out of Mount Sinai into an independent company in July 2019. LymeMIND, this initiative was funded through a philanthropic gift by the Steven & Alexandra Cohen Foundation to support the creation of a data center for their Tick-borne disease consortia. In support of this work, I provided project leadership for technology development and served as the event chair and organizing chair for the annual Lyme Disease in the Era of Precision Medicine conference which attracts thousands of participants annually and has served as a hub of innovation in outreach, awareness, and scientific connectivity.

The results of this study were part of key conversations around the now famous collapse of the unicorn company and the value of commercial grade consumer health technologies.
