 Handling end-to-end recruitment in NFBC, BFSI, FMCG Etc… Maintaining a database of all professional candidates and daily-weekly records. Giving proper training to candidates before sending them to clients. Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates. Planning and ensuring systematic induction for all new employees. Answer employee’s queries about HR-related issues Maintain and update employee attendance sheet in company format on a dailybasis.
