I started my career as an Entrepreneur in the field of machine building after completing my Graduation in Science in 1982. Later on I worked in the Machine building Division of a public limited company managing the automation of the plant & reverse engineering. Worked at various key positions for Research & development, Quality improvement and Quality system implementation.I have a habit of remaining up to date with new technologies that are being applied all across the world. I have been contributing my knowledge and experience in the industry for more than 40 years. My passion for helping others led to all the people I connected with seeking advice for Design, Automation, Process Equipment & Plant Layout, etc. After taking an early retirement from the job I have decided to follow my passion of helping others in the Manufacturing Sector. Hence, I have started my own firm "Fairwork Consultancy" which focuses on assisting industries in increasing their productivity via Improvement in manpower efficiency, Low cost Automation, Cover up Bottleneck, Assembly automation & Productivity improvement.
