-He has been in charge in 2014-2019 as Execution leader in Data Center Relocation projects across Europe aimed to consolidate workload from remote locations to main Group Datacenter. -He has been in charge as IT Infrastructure stream leader in Eurosig Bank Austria Integration program concerning the migration of Bank Austria IT platform to the Eurosig one, completed in October 2012-He was involved in many International projects such as Eurosig HVB, BanK Austria Eurosig project, 2B1 IT Integration projects within CEE countries, Pekao STAR project and other main IT projects-In 2011 He was in charge as a project manager for Dedicated Sysplex for Card factory project related to setup of a new mainframe environment for Card applications. This solution gave the chance to increase environment availability for Cards applications by decoupling ATM & POS from all other customers. - Beginning of 2011 He was in charge of mainframe RPO zero Project, concerning relocation of second storage boxes of all mainframe environment from Basson DC to Monte Bianco DC aimed to increase reliability of Mainframe environment in case of a failure/disaster. - He was in charge as Project manager for the Bank Austria zMOVE project (2009), concerning moving Bank Austria mainframe workload from Wien to Verona.- The main technical project he managed is related to the implementation of an LDAP Server Architecture for authentication/profiling on several critical business applications for the group, such as WCT platform, Xportal, NCB and Uniweb applications. He was asked by IBM to have a speech both in Milan (IDC conference) and in Berlin (IBM zBLC) to describe this very innovative project. -In 2007 he was in charge as project manager for BASSON project, concerning moving mainframe from Milan DC to Verona Basson brand new DC. He was asked to present this project as a speaker during the IT CORE Days in Munich in 2007.

He started his experience in UGIS since 2003 in the z/OS team (MAINFRAME) with not only a technical but also an organizational and a project management role. He managed the project plan and implementation of IT architectures within the mainframe area and he had been in charge as a project manager for many local and international projects.
