Prepare BOQ for work order and get approval from du.Manage and control bulk PO with line adjustments.Manage the vendors for their PR/PO.Controlling du PR/PO and the budget issues.Follow up with the du Project managers on performance & progress of implementation works related to network roll out.Arrange with the Procurement for new RFP and RFQ.Follow up with the Vendors/ suppliers for material availability, delivery & Installation.Prepare necessary daily reports that reflect project progress, update and related issues to the line manager.To ensure achievement of all quality objectives as set forth in the company quality and to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction in all customer dealings, on both internal and external customer level.Prepare TAC summary for closing with du for invoicing purpose.Verify invoices from vendors before submitting for payments to Head office.Verify Payroll for each month.Involved in any out of du Job to be overseen for RFP etc.

Review infrastructure design, specifications & implementation plans.Review and approve all system testing procedures and test results.Lead, manage and conduct acceptance tests.Follow up with the line managers on performance & progress of implementation works related to structure cabling systems.To provide technical feedback to the design team on the improvements of design aspects according to the practical experience obtained from the site.Arrange with the Procurement coordinator to create Purchase Requisition for the cabling materials.Carry out site inspection in coordination with System Integrators, contractors and consultants to ensure projects deliverables are carried out according to the project design and with agreed level of quality.Manage the Handover of ISP/OSP systems from the System Integrator and assuring design has been fulfilled and quality required has been achieved.Follow up with the System Integrator and suppliers for material availability, delivery & Installation.Plan ahead infrastructure/cabling daily and weekly tasks that to be carried with system integrators, clients, consultants and contractors. This may include arranging for equipment, meeting & site inspections to the related sites and assigned projectsPrepare necessary daily technical reports that reflect project progress, update and related issues to the line manager.To ensure achievement of all quality objectives as set forth in the company quality and to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction in all customer dealings, on both internal and external customer level.Major Projects handled like Dubai Metro, Campus Migration, Dubai Mall, Burj-Khalifa, UAQ Marina, Maria Island in Abu Dhabi, Dubai Marina, etc.Enabled Disaster Recovery for ‘YahSat’ (Gulf’s leading satellite operator) by conceptualizing and providing redundant network infrastructure and bulk bandwidth services.
