Role priorities· Responsible for generating business for the assigned product by carrying out all sales and marketing related activities.· Frequent visits to the consultants, customers & contractors to prepare the master project list, to focus on, in their region.· Contacting potential clients frequently· Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing clients· Preparations for seminars & presentations.· Generate and respond to the enquiries on their product division.· Negotiation and finalization of the orders in their assigned category / region.· Ensure compliance of the various circulars issued before finalization of any order· Issuance of order acknowledgement to customers.· Ensure collection of timely payments for their sale.· Implement the activities assigned by Regional / Branch/ Sales head.· Entry of every enquiry in the Master Enquiry List· Maintaining regional CRM chart, making it a pivot for monitoring the implementation.· Identification of the personnel in the industry for Company’s team development.

Responsibilities• Business Development, Marketing & Sales of Air Conditioning units (AHU’s, Fan Coil Units, Heat Recovery Units, Air Washers, Scrubbers) under the West Zone.• Job responsibility includes giving presentations to Contractors, dealers and end customers for promoting the product & meeting various HVAC Consultants for Approval of the make of Air-conditioning product, i.e. Air handling Units in their various Tenders.• Generating enquiries, giving quotations, follow ups, Price Negotiations, Order Bookings and coordination with production and planning for timely execution of the order.• Payment collection on agreed payment terms.
