Responsible for 10 industrial units and 5 mining companies in Brazil with a production capacity of 3.4 million t / year of lime. Direct leader of a team composed by 4 Senior General Managers (operations in MG, mining, geology and procurement), a corporate environmental manager and 10 industrial plant managers. Member of the Board of Directors of Cal Norte Nordeste´s (JV between Lhoist and Cimento Mizu). Responsible for the Operational and Mining Steering Committee of the Pacific Stone Board of Directors in Colombia.Achievements:• Sales record at 2019,• Consistent reduction of lost-time incidents in all business units in Brazil, reaching in 2013 and 2018 the goal of zero lost-time incidents;• Consistent contribution to increase of Lhoist Latin America EBITDA (more than tripled);• Participation and contribution to double lime production capacity, through expansions and acquisitions of new plants;• Control of cost of production and maintenance of competitiveness in the business;• Obtaining and maintenance of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001, certification by OHSAS 18001 in all Belocal / Lhoist Mineração industrial units in Brazil;• Member of the Board of Directors of Cal Norte Nordeste;• Responsible for the Operational and Mining Steering Committee of the Pacific Stone Board of Directors in Colombia.

Responsibilities: Manage all the industrial activities of two lime factories, from the limestone extraction to the lime dispatch. Lime production of 600 thousand t/year and revenues of US$ 30 million / year.

Project: Implementation of the “Valued Added Management” initiative in all Votorantim plants in the Midwest Region (Cement and Lime).Responsibilities: Conduct trainings with FGV and BBCG and implement reports by production phases, including concepts of TBR, CFROGI and CVA.

Responsibilities: coordinate all industrial activities from the limestone extraction to the lime dispatch. Lime production of 400 t/day and revenues of US$ 5.5 million / year.

Project: implantation of a cement grinding of 110 t / hour with Polysius technology (German).Responsibilities: coordinate the project in all phases, which involves the conceptual study, economic-financial analysis, equipment and services contracting, management of the work progress (civil, mechanical and electrical) and start-up of the installation, meeting the production and operating costs expected.

Project: Implantation of two vertical kilns with Maerz technology (Swiss) for high reactivity lime, with a capacity of 400 t / day. Installations occurred in São José da Lapa and another in Arcos.Responsibilities: coordinate the project in all phases, which involves the conceptual study, economic-financial analysis, equipment and services contracting, management of the work progress (civil, mechanical and electrical) and start-up of the installation, meeting the production and operating costs expected.

Responsibilities: manage the entire maintenance of the cement plant, from mining to packaging. This includes hiring and developing the entire team, organizing necessary trainings, managing a maintenance budget of US$ 1,500 thousand / year, executing lubrication plans and preventive and predictive maintenance plans for the entire plant.
