Our first product, the Serena App, is a virtual therapist that uses Artificial Intelligence trained in scientifically proven Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) methods for anxiety and depression. Integrated with WhatsApp, Serena is available 24/7, offering immediate, personalized, evidence-based support to help manage challenges effectively, improve quality of life, and enhance relationships and performance.Our vision is to transform access to mental health care with innovative technology, making it accessible to everyone, anywhere, anytime. Responsible for developing and launching the new solution for self-employed entrepreneurs, Bling Up. Our purpose was to help these entrepreneurs run their businesses with sales register, stock control, digital account and others features. My journey started at the beginning of the project until the delivery of the second version of the app.

Responsible for retail software solutions development, such as: PagVendas, App PagSeguro Vendas and Sales tab of PagBank. Managed product teams of these products and worked together with Marketing and Sales teams to execute the strategies to increase number of customers. Summing up, the solutions had millions of customers and generated billions of reals in monthly transactions. Moreover, supported the M&A team with acquiring deals, evaluating retail solutions in product and business ways.

Responsible for products and partnership strategies. PDVend was one of the main Mobile POS (PDV) Solution in Brazil. In the last years, helped PDVend to reach:- Partnerships and integrations with the main payments ’solutions: Cielo, Rede, PagSeguro, Stone and Getnet;- Partnerships and integrations with the main SMB ERPs: ContaAzul, TinyERP and BlingERP;- 1st POS (POS) App for Smart Terminal in Brazil;- Acquisition of the main competitor, Pingobox;- + R $ 1 Billion in transactions;- + 60k merchants in the platform;- 1st one-stop shop solution (payment, management and hardware) for Small Retailers in Brazil, PDVend Pay.

IPe was a networking engineering start-up from Brasilia. Worked on implementing network solutions with the aim of showcasing the products and services offered by the company to clients (PoC). Additionally, managed the laboratory where the equipment for demonstrations was housed.
