Store Manager
Current- Maintain store profitability by reviewing and identifying P&L opportunities monthly
- Lead recruitment, hiring and onboarding. Coordinate new associate training amongst the functional leaders
- Conduct assessment conversations and create developmental plans for all assigned direct reports
- Track and analyze results through reporting, identifying trends and areas of opportunity. Use tools and resources to strategize, plan and pace business focuses and critical initiatives
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and partnership amongst leadership and team
- Lead announced and unannounced store visits with area, regional, and corporate guests
