Roles/Responsible ;As the Scaffolding/Rigging Foreman , I also doubled ss the Team On-scene/Incident Commander (OIC) hence , i was responsible for the daily assembling of the team (Scaffolders/Riggers) for pre-work safety talk(Tools Box Meeting)Daily coordination/moderation of pre-work safety talks/Tools Box Meeting.Daily coordination , designation and overseeing job execution and other ancillary duties to ensure it is done in accordance with ExxonMobil standardized laid down safety rules and regulations.Daily erection , modifications ( where necessary) and dismantling of Scaffold Routine coordinating/overseeing the rigging and transfer of materials from one ( location) point of another.Daily inspection of tools and materials before usage to check defects and other unsafe conditions.Daily inspection of Scaffold Tags to check it's validity.Weekly inspection/review of Scaffold Tags to make changes where necessary.
