Saviour Davidson Fia is a seasoned Loans Administrator with over ten years’ experience in SME client management, Micro-Finance and Loans administration.Currently, he is the Manager of the Tema Branch of Chrisline Financial Services Limited.Prior to joining Chrisline Financial Services Limited, he worked for Q-Star Microfinance Limited as Credit Manager, SICA Financial Services Limited as a member of the management team, and was responsible for managing the branch operations of the institution’s Tarkwa branch.Previously, he worked with Advans Ghana, a Savings and Loans company as a loans portfolio and SME market development officer.He also served as a Project Officer with the Dodowa Health Research Centre of the Ghana Health Service, on a WHO sponsored project in 2006, researching the viability and cost effectiveness of Home and community management of fever in children under 5 years old.In 2009, he co-authored the published paper “Treatment Choices for Fevers in Children Under-Five in a Rural Ghanaian District”.He has an extensive range of experience and has been involved in many workshops, research publications and programs focused on poverty reduction and capacity building strategies among rural communities and the marginally poor.He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Ghana, with a minor in Sociology.
