I held two key roles: Eurasia Regional Director and Team Lead for developing an innovative online platform.As Regional Director, my responsibilities included:-Building partnerships and networks- Recruiting volunteers and staff- Overseeing HR growth and development- Managing budgets and financial reporting- Leading teams and establishing business entities in the region- Organizing strategic events and casting vision for partners and donors- Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely completion- Conducting SWOT analysis for project planningA major highlight during my time at WA was transforming their accelerated Bible translation method from an offline, event-based process into a structured online platform.
