Board member of the King Chamber of Commerce, supporting the Township of King residents, businesses and development to make sound financial, economic and social decisions. Working alongside the Mayor of King, Government electives and municipality candidates.

* Provide consultations to small and medium businesses on governance, steering committees, projects and programs, including transformation programs with a focus on organizational change management* Created pitch decks, presentations and materials to engage with business owners, host executive planning sessions and developed high-level project plans with RAID logs, stakeholder management materials and change management tools* Responsible for all aspects of delivery including project initiation, planning, scope and budget management, client management, change requests, customer satisfaction, and profitability* Establish effective project oversight and other governance bodies, and engage the correct levels to support the direction for the project * Provide on-going communication to key stakeholders, including the Project Sponsor, Business Project Owner, Program Manager and Portfolio Manager to ensure they are aware of significant changes to the project status in a timely manner.* Built world-class educational programs and plans for junior kindergarten to grade 12 high-school students including fun and engaging workshops and social skill programs.* Championed the efforts to create Learning and Development solutions that will enable global scalability to meet business needs using multiple delivery channels
