• Management of voter record system by updating database, researching voter records and issuing registration abstracts. • Auditing and controlling onsite inventory of voting equipment and election materials • Auditing absentee return ballots, accounting absentee returns and verifying on the system • Preparation of election and registration documents for records retention and maintaining the account • Responding to routine questions from candidates, representatives of candidates, office holders, precinct officials, voters and the general public about campaign requirements, voting regulations, and general information about elections while maintaining confidential information • Attending board meetings and training precinct officials on absentee return ballots. • Remote site manager and auditing all the materials from the assigned polling places post election. • Providing direction and training to temporary staff. • Preparation of outreach events and programs while maintaining confidentiality Proofing documents to ensure accuracy. Maintaining campaign finance reports. • Assisting with Election day call center support and post election process
