• Review Project Specification and define Project documentation Deliverables • Understand Customer Documentation requirements like numbering, Transmittals, templates, Communication channels etc.• Accustomed to Customer EDMS documents submission, retrieval and status reviewing process etc.• Understand contractual liabilities like Liquidate damage and documents turnaround times etc.• Prepare and align with customer and all stalk holders on document deliverables and submission schedule• Do risk evaluation and highlight critical documents will hamper project schedule to project manager• Coordinate all stalk holders and ensure timely submission and approval of documents as per Project schedule • If any slippage in Project submission schedule, discuss with respective stalk holder and prepare recovery plan and corrective action to mitigate slippage. • Periodic follow-up with Customer and get commented or approved documents within contractual turnaround times• Discuses with respective stalk holder through email, phone and face to face discussion and get proper comments resolution or revised documents for resubmission.• Review customer comments and highlight major changes to PM to initiate Change order process• Attend Project review meeting with Customer and update documentation status & risk• Assist PM in preparing progress report to management and customers• Responsible for completion of final documentation and collection of retention payment• Maintain documentation data as per company established procedure and policy’s • Prepare and submit project closure report • Prepare lesson learned and covey to all stalk holders.

Receive, distribute, monitor and log all drawings and documentation for the project and manage post drawing revisions to appropriate documents • Implement and maintain established document procedures • Coordinate with Client / EPC contractors on general issues related to document control and interface with counterparts and third party regarding documentation requirements • Assist with the assembly of weekly and / or monthly program progress and management reports • Submit documents to customer and follow up until approval. • Provide clarification to customer and vendor queries through email, phone and face to face discussion. • Review customer queries and highlight PM to initiate Change order • Attend Project review meeting with Project team and update documentation status & risk • Track documentation progress and ensure submission & return the documents on time to avoid Liquidate Damage • Responsible for completion of final documentation and collect retention payment
