At iGate-Patni, played the role of Project Manager, I managed multiple projects (Maintenance and Development) on varied technology for the client MetLife US with about 30 resources. Exposed to SEI CMM Level 5 quality processes at all phases of the SDLC.Key responsibilities included consulting with clients to identify requirements, preparing proposals, defining project scope, developing project plan and schedule, managing resources and delivering solutions, providing leadership to internal teams on projects and critical support issues. I facilitated issue resolution, track project deliverables and ensured that milestones are met as per cost, effort and schedule.I also contributed in various management initiatives and decisions like devising Project reporting and monitoring mechanisms, Project Reviews, Individual reviews and appraisals, Interviewing and Candidate Selection. I was the MetLife account coordinator for several automation initiatives. Also I contributed to several proposals (RFP response documents) and presentations for MetLife Senior Management.I have received IQA Certificate - Patni Process Effectiveness and Compliance Audits (PPECA) Auditor certificate. I have conducted audits for other MetLife and external projects as required by QDI.

I joined Nucsoft from campus and I have grown from a programmer, to an analyst to project leader and project manager during my tenure in this company.At Nucsoft - I managed the entire operations of multiple offshore projects totaling about 50 Person Months for a2z Inc USA and Citigroup, New York US with about 20 Resources. I was a member of the Steering Committee, the top management team in the organization and contributed to various initiatives and strategic decisions. I attended training on eVignette products at client-site in New York and executed the project from Mumbai.I was involved actively with the Pre-sales team and was part of meetings with prospective clients for requirement gathering and analysis and contribute in the effort estimation, as well as the technical architecture and solution as part of the proposal preparation.
