Financial Transacting processing, bookkeeping & handling bank transaction, assisting for Audit Works with International Auditors, and all day to day Accounts works and preparing all MIS Reports like Income & expenditure Statement, Cash Flow Statement and Balance Sheet.

1. Assisting Finance Manager and Logistic Manager.2. Mainly Handling Sundry Creditors, three branch’s supplier’s accounts, follow up of concerned documents related to payments, correspondence with suppliers.3. Follow up of Original documents, Bank Reconciliation (3 Banks with Euro, US$ and GBP A/c’s), Opening LC and their correspondence, Handling all LC Documents, Arranging Bank Guarantee to clear the materials.4. Reconciling Suppliers Accounts and Inter Branch Accounts.5, Maintains records for Order Placed and reconciling with Order’s placed and Qty received from the supplier’s.6. Tallying Sales and Purchase figure in the month end while closing the accounts
