Resource Fulfillment through Partners using Fieldglass • Manage end to end contract staffing for SAP SDC and SAP INDIA. • Develop partnerships with key business stakeholders in order to understand business needs • Interact with Account Managers of various suppliers on taking stock on the requirements flashed for support. • Tasks include to provide user access and maintain hygiene on the billing and deliverables of the partner consultant. • Provide critical resource management support, overhead and labor rate analysis, along with varied range of resource forecasting, while closely partnering with internal stakeholders and suppliers to maintain and improve processes. • Experienced in T&M, FPP and Work Package mode of contract. • Worked with GPO on SOW documents.
