InfluencerCon is India's largest Influencer Convention and an event under the congregation of IndiaJoy. - Onboarded 25 Influencers for the event in a span of 1 month. - Point of contact for Influencers to brief about the event, prepared content plan, session briefs, speaker introductions, session content, and interactivity points.- Overseen the virtual event flow, session plans, marketing and PR initiatives.- Actively engaged with Micro influencers to build an active community and space to share event updates; devised promotional plan; hosted live sessions.- Networked extensively with Influencers, Talent Managers, and Talent Management Agencies.

The Emerging Leaders programme is a 6-8 month long programme where youth are part of an intensive urban volunteering and leadership experience. The programme also has different cycles of thematics where the focus may be strengthening employability skills, engaging with issues of early and child marriage, advocating for interfaith dialogue, or other social issues followed up with personal transformative leadership journeys.- As trainee facilitators, we successfully completed 2 reflection circles and mandatory interactions with adolescents to understand the perspectives and problems faced by the demographics. We practiced the principles of empathy, shared purpose, and critical understanding of situations to arrive at practical and feasible proposals.
