Resolve ROI was a wholly owned subsidiary of our company, Covenant Technology Group, providing release of information services to mid-sized medical practices. I was responsible as a direct contributor for new business, as well as managing cross selling opportunities from our other lines of business. In my last year, I also oversaw Operations and client relations. ResolveROI was acquired by ScanStat in 2022.

I was a Partner serving as the Director of Business Development responsible for all aspects of sales and marketing, contracting, and pricing. CTG was a software development company focused on improving revenue and workflow for physicians, group practices, hospitals, and other organizations (IPAs, PHOs, medical billing and credentialing companies) through our proprietary solutions. In my tenure, we expanded the customer footprint from 2 local practices to over 400 accounts across all 50 states representing over 10% of US healthcare providers. In December of 2019, CredentialMyDoc was acquired by VerityStream, a subsidiary of HealthStream. CredentialMyDoc (CMD) - Delivered in the Software as a Service (SaaS) model, CMD provides a central repository to house provider, location and tax Identification information and documents for the organization. From start to finish, CMD improves workflow with tools to better manage every step of the credentialing and enrollment process. This provides business continuity for a critical component of the revenue cycle and enhances efficiency and collaboration.

Avisena is a leading Revenue Cycle Management company for physician practices. We use a combination of people, technology and processes to help physicians increase revenue, improve cash flow and reduce overhead.

I worked as a technology consultant, with a particular focus in healthcare, helping SMBs to enhance their business through correctly applied technology. This included Managed Services, IP telephony, Premise Security and Networking. iTech specializes in VoIP Telephony, Premise Wiring, Networking, Surveillance, RFID real time asset tracking, GPS fleet monitoring, and everything under the sun that applies to computers.

I created and oversaw Memorial Hospital's physician relations program. My responsibilities included working with product line Administrators to identify and grow specific lines of business by expanding regional referrals to sub-specialized physicians and other programs. I attended surgical procedures and worked with physicians to expand my knowledge of their expertise and new services offered through the hospital so that we could effectively develop and communicate an outreach strategy to referring physicians in the broader region through a 4 person team.
