Responsible for the project management of small scale projects, including scope determination when project is provided, producing cost estimates, technical documentation (including risk assessments, method statements, design drawings and design reports) and continual project scheduling to meet deadlines and budgets. Ensured compliance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures such as following MWH quality assurance system and SMB/eight2O management and governance processes.Produced monthly reports to update design performance against design plan and budget. Value add activities and scope changes were also recorded. Ensuring designs maintain technical quality and design standards that meet industry and client infrastructure specifications, while also considering health and safety effects. Liaised with external stakeholders such as Network Rail, Environmental Agency, Natural England, etc. directly or indirectly via the 3rd party/Environmental planning team, to ensure compliance and permits were obtained and then subsequently adhered to during project delivery.
